Sharon talks about her work with fathers, black men in particular. She speaks about our vision for ourselves and our families, about raising the level of discourse, and painting our story from a position of compassion. Each of us must decide what of value we choose to bring to the proverbial table. To find work that matters, is a gift.To find purpose in work is to feed the soul. This is about fathers, the struggle to become, in spite of. It is the realisation that there is a need to paint our story and to paint it with dignity, with compassion and empathy. Whatever life I have left, I know how I choose to spend it.
